This unique 650sq property is located in the exclusive residential area of Chayofa. You can reach the beaches of Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje as well as the world famous water park "SIAM PARK '' in a few minutes by car. The villa is set in a huge palm tree garden with a large evergreen lawn. The property has a heated swimming pool with a counter current system, a barbecue area with a shady dining area, a chill out area with sea view and mountain panorama.
ViVa Royal consists of three units, the main villa, an apartment and a studio, offering accommodation for up to 20 persons.
The basic price is for the entire property (10 bedrooms) for an occupancy of up to 16 persons.

Main Villa: the main villa consists of 6 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 3 bedrooms with double-beds) offering accommodation for 12 persons. Four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms while the remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen with a large kitchen table can seat 6 persons comfortably. There is a spacious open plan living room with a large dining table for up to 8 people.
Apartment: The apartment is connected to the main villa and has direct access to the pool and garden. With its 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double-beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed plus a pull-out bed) it offers accommodation for 6 persons. One double-bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The living area is spread out over two floors. There is a spacious living/dining room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast-bar on the ground-level. On the first floor there is another living-room with TV from which you have direct access to a large terrace with a stunning view of the ocean. There is a charcoal grill for your exclusive use and a garden table for 6 persons.
Studio: The studio has also direct access to the pool and garden. It has a large double-bed (160 cm), a kitchenette and a full bathroom.
This property is suited for family groups, golf groups, company trips, management courses . . .
The owner lives nearby and can be contacted during your stay should you require any assistance.
ViVa Royal is located in the tranquil residential area of Chayofa in the municipality of Arona. You will enjoy here an exclusive holiday atmosphere off the beaten tracks. In the small village of Chayofa you will find a lovely restaurant, a Tapas Bar and a popular Family Pub within a short walk from the villa. There is a small supermarket just down the road from the property.
To explore the island and for bigger grocery shopping trips we recommend hiring a car directly at the airport. There are six private parking spaces within the grounds of the property.
Taxi fares to Los Cristianos / Playa de Las Américas are between 12 - 15 Euros.
This villa is equipped with a fast internet connection (600 Mbps) with very good coverage in all bedrooms, making this property an ideal place for any digital nomads. We are happy to provide you with monitors against a fee during your stay at our villa.
The villa "ViVa Royal" is an officially recognized holiday home by the Island Council of Tenerife.

Fantastic host
Johannes was a fantastic host, very responsive and always helped us whenever we needed. The house was in great condition and amenities were clearly described for us. I would recommend this Airbnb.
Fantastic Holiday
Had an absolutely fantastic holiday. 18 people over 6 families. We’ve holidayed on mass before but the layout of this villa made it very easy to be all together or use separate spaces. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, some of our party arrived a few hours early they are happy to accommodate them. The pool was cleaned every other day. The owners checked in regularly via WhatsApp to unsure everything was OK and I seriously couldn’t find fault.

Absolutely stunning villa
Absolutely stunning villa! We were a group of women, and one of the biggest perks for us was having plenty of bathrooms—such a luxury when traveling together. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the villa offers not one but two fully equipped kitchens, plus plenty of comfortable lounge areas, perfect for working remotely or simply relaxing. We loved having breakfast outdoors each morning and then gathering for dinner at the gorgeous glass dining table indoors. The sliding glass wall opens up to let in the evening air, which made our meals feel extra special. The location is fantastic—peaceful and scenic with great hiking trails nearby. The heated pool and comfy sun loungers were such a highlight that we hardly ever wanted to leave! Johannes and his team were wonderful—always helpful and quick to respond. There’s also lots of parking, a well-stocked shop just a 10-minute walk away, and two charming bars within 15 minutes. For families, the nearby tennis club even runs kids’ camps in the summer. We’ve already booked again for next year—we can’t wait to return! Thank you Johannes & Team

Wir waren mit 13 Personen vor Ort. Das Haus mit Küche, Nebengebäude und Pool war einfach grandios! Auf Empfehlung von Johannes, haben wir an einem Abend einen Privatkoch kommen lassen. Dieser hat für uns ein ausgezeichnetes kanarisches Essen zubereitet. Egal was wir gefragt/verlangt haben, bei allem konnte Johannes uns helfen oder hatte er eine Empfehlung.
Magnífica villa
Llevamos 3 años consecutivos disfrutando de nuestras vacaciones familiares en la magnífica villa ViVa Royal, y la verdad es que ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. Tanto niños como adultos hemos pasado días inolvidables en las maravillosas instalaciones, que estaban limpias y cuidadas. Muchas gracias por el trato recibido por parte de los administradores de la villa. ¡Volveremos!
Amazing villa
Amazing villa. We spent a week here recently and had an unbelievable time. The facilities are clean and modern. Everything you could possibly need is provided(lots of towels and bedding) The alcohol cupboard was even stocked! Chayofa in general is nice and quiet, the supermarkets have pretty much everything you need, although you can definitely save some money going to a bigger shop out of town. The bars in town are nice and friendly. It's only 10 min and 15 euro cab drive to the main areas and cabs are available all day everyday and arrive within 10 mins most of the time. Overall we would definitely recommend to anyone (groups of friends, family's etc) that want a nice week away.
An absolute gem!
A wonderful villa that is huge but well laid out. Centring around a fantastic pool and barbecue area. The house has many bedrooms, kitchens and balconies. Our family absolutely loved staying here. It gave us the chance to catch up all together while having areas to retreat to if needed.
Gorgeous Villa
A gorgeous location with beautiful rooms, a well equipped kittchen and a big garden. A place where one feels immediately home. We will come back.
