6-Bedroom Villa: ViVa Tropical - Heated Pool in a Lush Tropical Garden

Experience luxury at ViVa Tropical with your friends and family, featuring an 8-meter swimming pool surrounded by banana trees, passion fruits, mango, and papaya trees!

ViVa Tropical offers spacious living areas, starting with a ground floor featuring a bright open-plan living room with a comfortable sofa and 55-inch satellite TV, a dining area with a large table for up to 12 guests, and two breakfast tables for 6 guests in the fully-equipped kitchen. There's also a king-size bedroom with two single beds, fitted wardrobes, and a private bathroom with toilet and shower.

On the first floor, you'll find four big bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Two rooms have double beds, and the remaining two,  have two single beds each. The master bedroom and bedroom 4 boast balconies. Bedroom 5 with 2 single beds is located on the ground floor.

Additional space is available in the guesthouse across the tropical garden, which accommodates two guests with comfortable single beds, air conditioning, and a private bathroom.

The highlight of ViVa Tropical is its fantastic outdoor space: an exotic tropical garden, a generously-sized heated pool, sun loungers, and a large garden table for up to 12 guests to enjoy charcoal barbecue meals.

Digital nomads will appreciate the free high-speed internet (600 Mbps) and, for an extra fee, PC monitors are provided!

Parking is available inside the property.

lovely villa and outside space. well suited for our large family of 6 adults and 5 children. Very well equiped especially kitchen utensils etc. Pool was excellent and appreciated the newly installed safety fence with gates around the pool. Also enjoyed the increase in pool heating to 28C although thought it a little pricey. Large BBQ great. Annexed bedroom with en-suite was very good offering privacy if needed. The only thing I would say could be addressed is the lack of air con in the downstairs main living areas.. we had to leave the patio doors and windows open which meant lots of flies in the villa. The area (Buzanada) is a typical Spanish village with very little English spoken. We didn't see any other tourists (honestly!). A fair selection of restaurants serving good quality local dishes were a short walk away. We used the local buses regularly to Los Cristianos which were good.

My family and I had a great experience during our recent stay at your Villa it surpassed all our expectations.From the moment we stepped foot onto the property we felt at home. The villa is modern and well kept.Host was extremely helpful every request or question was attended promptly and with a smile.The amenities provided were very good. Pool area was our favourite spot and the BBQ was amazing.Bedrooms were good comfortable beds and air con. Only downside was downstairs bedroom didn’t have air con so was very hot in there with 2 sharing. We had to purchase a fan to help with that. We found some lovely local restaurants which were a delight.Thank you to the team for making our stay remarkable. We will definitely recommend your villa to all our family and friends.

Fantastic holiday villa

The villa exceeded our expectations by a significant margin. All bedrooms were large and well furnished. Fantastic ensuites. Overall the villa was very very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor area around the pool especially for dining outside was great. More than enough sun beds and parasols. You probably would need a car to get around. You are not far from any of the resort areas. 10 to 15 minutes at most. Some very nice local restaurants in Buzanada as well. Very happy with the villa and it made a great holiday for all of us.
