Due to the worldwide situation generated by Covid-19, at ViVaTenerife we follow all the safety measures established by the World Health Organization and by the Spanish health authorities so that the service and attention to our clients are 100% safe.
NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD: The houses are located in a residential area and rest time starts at 22:00. From this time on, it is important not to make noise outside the house.
VISITS: The maximum occupancy of the house will be limited to the registered guests. This means that visitors are not allowed.
USE OF PROPERTY: Parties are not allowed in any of our houses.
SECURITY: The doors and windows of the house must remain closed when the guests are not on the property. The houses have a safe that the guest can use when needed. All our houses also have an alarm that guests can activate when they are not in the house.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house, guests can only smoke in the outside areas of the house.
ANIMALS: Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized by the owner.
DAMAGES: Guest will be responsible for any damage that occurs in the house during their stay and must inform the owner of such damage. The cost of the damages will be deducted from the deposit.
MINIMUM AGE: The minimum age of the lead renter is 25 years.
